Allows `xdg-desktop-portal` to get app id from PID.

Ukrainian translation: use "[one]" plural category
...
For Ukrainian language "[one]" plural category covers multiple digits (1, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 101, 1001, …). It must be used instead of "[1]" in COSMIC translation files.
