Plumbing to handle unsaved changes on tab close
...
`TabClose` is now `TabCloseForce`. The latter closes a tab without
checking if contents have been saved.
`TabClose` checks for unsaved changes and (will eventually) prompt the
user to handle this issue.

Added Git description and git loading to Japanese
...
The word "management" could be translated two different ways depending on whether it is a synonym for "operation" (操作) or if it strictly means "management of an organization, business, etc." (管理) and both of these apply to repositories.
If this causes any confusion a discussion about translation conventions might be necessary.
