`VideoModeHandle::refresh_rate_millihertz()` and `bit_depth()` now return a `Option<NonZero*>`. `MonitorHandle::position()` now returns an `Option`. On Orbital `MonitorHandle::name()` now returns `None` instead of a dummy name.
