Fix HiDPI vs. set_cursor_icon for web (#1652)

PhysicalSize is recorded as canvas.size, whereas LogicalSize is stored
as canvas.style.size.

The previous cursor behavior on stdweb clobbered all style - thus losing
the LogicalSize.
