Rework 'Fullscreen::Borderless' enum variant
This changes 'Fullscreen::Borderless' enum variant from 'Fullscreen::Borderless(MonitorHandle)' to 'Fullscreen::Borderless(Option<MonitorHandle>)'. Providing 'None' to it will result in picking the current monitor.
