feat(domain): Add crop_to_image() and extract_meta() to RasterDocument
- crop_to_image(): Non-destructive crop returning DynamicImage
- extract_meta(): Extract BasicMeta and EXIF metadata
- Completes migration of RasterDocument features from app/ to domain/
