fix: create_surface still gated on the removed cctk feature

Upstream renamed the iced `cctk` features to `wayland` and moved the
positive arm of create_surface() to the wayland_platform cfg alias, but
left the negative arm on `feature = "cctk"`. That feature no longer
exists, so its cfg was always true and both arms compiled at once,
giving `expected (), found Option<Box<dyn HasWindowHandle>>`.
