Support DIM
* Add a color deriver and derive dim colors for all themes. * Derive actual bright colors for the OneHalfDark theme while at it. * Use dim colors when the DIM flag is set. Signed-off-by: Mohammad AlSaleh <CE.Mohammad.AlSaleh@gmail.com>
