fix: don't set XCURSOR_THEME in start-cosmic
Setting XCURSOR_THEME messes up custom cursor theme overrides, so let's set the Cosmic cursor theme another way in distros and such Signed-off-by: Ryan Brue <ryanbrue.dev@gmail.com>
