fix(osk): applet OSK sur libcosmic-yoda et cosmic-osk-config local

L'applet amont 1.9.0 herite de workspace.dependencies.libcosmic, que le
fork nomme cosmic ; cosmic-osk-config pointe sur ../cosmic-osk/config,
la meme source que le paquet cosmic-osk.
